To complete the Online Check In process, please follow the steps below.

Important Notes Before You Begin
  • Use a desktop or laptop browser to complete this process. Some features are not currently supported in the mobile app.
  • Players age 13 and older must have a unique email address attached to their AthleteOne player account to be eligible.
  • If a player age 13+ is showing as ineligible, this is most commonly because an email has not yet been connected to their player account.

Add Players to the Player Pool

Complete Player Check In

Step 1: Log into your athlete one team account - Click Here

Step 2: Select 'My Accounts' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Team Account' > select the team team your player is on from the fly-out window.

Step 3: Click on 'Tournaments/Leagues' in the left-hand menu > Select the tournament you’re attending

Step 4: Select 'Online Check In'

Step 5: A fly-out window will appear prompting you to upload the required Team Documents for the event.

Once Players have been added to your team and Team Documents have been uploaded, you'll need to submit each player for review.

Step 6: Within the same fly-out window select Player Documents > then select the pencil tool next to the player to submit for review

Important Upload & Approval Notes
  • Each required document must be uploaded as its own individual file. Please do not combine multiple documents into a single upload.
  • Once documents are uploaded, the tournament staff will review and approve them.
  • After approval, affected players will be marked as eligible.
  • Once players are eligible, you can proceed to Build Your Event Roster by:
    • Selecting the players
    • Checking the box next to each player’s name
    • Adding jersey numbers
    • Clicking Save at the bottom of the page
