To set up a team billing program, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Log into your athlete one team account - Click Here 
Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Team Account' > select your team from the fly out window

Step 3: Select 'Operations'

Step 4: Under Team Billing select 'Active Programs'

Step 5: Select 'Add Program' in the top right of your screen

Step 6: Input all the required information > select 'Save'

Once saved, you will be directed into the new program you created to start completing details for the registration.

Step 7:  Input groups and fees for the registration: How to add a new group/fee in a program 

Note: Even if there is no fee associated with the billing program, you will still need to create a group for the program.

Step 8:  Add custom questions for registrants to complete.  

Step 9:  Add a discount to the registration if you would like 

Step 10: Add donation/sponsorship options for members
