To view a player's profile status follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log into your athlete one team account CLICK HERE > select 'My accounts' from the left hand navigation > select the team the player is on.
Step 2: Select 'Team Details' from the left hand navigation > click on 'First Team Players'.
Step 3: Select the pencil tool or click the player's name you are wanting to check the status of > A fly-out window will populate to check the player's profile status.
Note: The player’s profile status is displayed under their Athlete One ID # as either Active or Inactive. If inactive, a blue hyperlink will appear next to the status, allowing you to resend the activation link.
Step 4: Click 'Resend Activation Link' > The player will receive an email at the address listed on their account to complete their profile activation.
