An activation link is automatically sent when a player is added to a team account. If they did not receive the initial activation link, you can resend this through your team account by following the steps below.
Note: Players can input their email into the 'Not sure if you have an account' section of the log in page HERE where they can have the activation link resent to them.
Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Team Account' > select your team from the fly-out window
Step 3: Select team details from the left hand navigation > select first players or staff.
Step 4: Select the player or staff member you are needing to resend the activation link to > A fly-out window will populate.
Step 5: Click 'resend activation link' located by the player's headshot.
Note: The player or staff member will receive an activation email from athlete one to finish setting up their account.
