In athlete one, the Working Schedule lets you view your home and away games, use filters to find specific teams, and message their head coach directly from the schedule view for easy coordination.
Note: Only the event host or league can enable or disable this feature. In addition, if you are part of an ECNL league, you must be approved for your staff card in order to chat.
Step 1: Log into your athlete one team account - Click Here
Step 2: From the left-hand navigation, select 'My Accounts' > 'Team Account', then choose your team from the fly-out window.
If the league schedule is live, skip to Step 7. If still in Working Schedule, proceed with Step 3.
Step 3: Select 'Calendar/Scheduler' from the lefthand navigation menu, then click on 'Working Schedule'.
Step 4: Click on 'View Home and Away Games' to see your already scheduled games.
Step 5: On the Working Schedule List View page, use the filters to narrow your search and find the team
you want to contact, then, click the message icon.
Note: You can use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down your game list.
Step 6 : Here in the fly-out window, you'll be able to message the other teams' listed head coach.
Once the schedule is live, follow the steps below.
Step 7: To chat with other teams in your event, go to 'Tournaments/Leagues', and select your event.
Step 8: Click 'Upcoming Games'. A fly-out window will appear with your scheduled games. Select the game you'd like to start a chat for.
Step 9: In the top-right corner, select 'Team to Team Chat' to start a conversation with the other team's approved staff.
Step 10: Here, in the fly-out window, you'll be able to chat with other teams that you'll be facing.
