Announcements can be sent from your team account to staff, players, and parents associated with your team. Please note that recipients will not be able to reply to the announcement.

Step 1: Log into your athlete one team account - Click Here 
Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Team Account' > select your team from the fly-out window

Step 3: Select 'Communication Center' from the left hand navigation

Step 4: Select 'Announcements'

Step 5: Select 'New Announcement' in the top right of your screen

Step 6: A fly-out window will appear, allowing you to select the recipient group for your announcement

Selecting 'Everyone' will send the announcement to all accounts associated with the team, including staff, parents, and players. However, you can use the dropdown menu to deselect anyone who should not receive the announcement.

Step 7: Fill out all of the necessary fields within the fly-out window > Select 'Send'

Once the announcement has been sent you may add an attachment or a poll by selecting the '+' button.
