Announcements can be sent from your team account to staff, players, and parents associated with your team. These messages are one-way communications, meaning recipients will not be able to reply.
Step 1: Log into your athlete one team account - Click Here
Step 2: Select 'My Accounts' > select 'Team Account' > select your team.
Step 3: Select 'Communication Center' from the left hand navigation> select 'Announcements'.
Step 4: Select 'New Announcement' in the top right of your screen.
Step 5: A fly-out window will appear, allowing you to select the recipient group for your announcement.
Note: Selecting 'Everyone' will send the announcement to all accounts associated with the team, including staff, parents, and players. However, you can use the dropdown menu to deselect anyone who should not receive the announcement.
Step 6: Fill out all of the necessary fields within the fly-out window > Select 'Send'.
Once the announcement has been sent you may add an attachment or a poll by selecting the '+' button.
