When sending a Team Chat you have the option to message all members associated with the team, staff only, parents only, players only, club staff, or customize the recipients by selecting individuals from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation > then select 'Team Account' > select your team from the fly-out window
Step 3: Select 'Communication Center' from the left hand navigation
Step 4: Select 'Team Chat'
You can choose to send a message in an existing team chat or create a new one.
Step 5: Select 'New Chat' in the top right of your screen
Selecting 'Everyone' will send the announcement to all accounts associated with the team, including staff, parents, and players. However, you can use the dropdown menu to deselect anyone who should not receive the announcement.
Step 6: A fly-out window will appear, allowing you to select the recipient group for your team chat
Step 7: Fill out all of the necessary fields within the fly-out window > Select 'Send'
Once the team chat has been sent you may add an attachment or a poll by selecting the '+' button.
