Follow the steps below to create your team college pamphlet to hand out to coaches present at your games.
Step 1: Log into your athlete one team account - Click Here
Step 2: Select 'My Accounts' > select 'Team Account' > select your team.
Step 3: Select 'College Center' from the left hand navigation > Scroll down and select 'Build College Pamphlet'.
Step 4: A fly-out will populate where you can build your roster by game or by selecting individual players.
- Roster By Game: This feature enables you to select the game and will automatically include the players rostered to the game on the pamphlet.
- Individual players- You will be able to select each player individually from your player pool to be included on the pamphlet.Note: If players have not yet been rostered, they will not generate on the pamphlet.
Once you select one of the two options listed above, select one of the pre-set pamphlet templates > scroll down and click 'Next'.
Note: At the bottom of each template option lists the max number of players that can be included on that specific template.
Roster by game
Step 5: Select the game you are creating a pamphlet for.
Step 6: Scroll down within the fly-out window and fill in all details including Head Coach Name, Assistant Coach Name, College Coordinator Name, and Team Admin Name > Click 'Download Pamphlet'.
Select Individual Players
Step 5: Select each individual player from your player pool to be included on your Pamphlet > scroll down and click 'Next'.
Step 6: Scroll down within the fly-out window and fill in all details including Head Coach Name, Assistant Coach Name, College Coordinator Name, and Team Admin Name > Click 'Download Pamphlet'. This will generate your pamphlet.
